Calls:

Users understand that the Specialists shall place a Video or voice call to the User who has requested a service once arriving at the User’s home. This is to verify the Service request information, to be certain of the User who has requested the service and to confirm such booking. Our Specialists shall have the rights to decline a service request if you do not respond to calls placed by a Service provider.

Location Data:

We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service.

You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at any time, through your device settings.
